Player Registration Terms & Conditions 2024-2025
AFC Oakley youth football, established in 1978, caters to age groups from under 6 to adult, including Wildcats, our mixed age, girl’s football.

Season Duration:
As a player member, you/your child agree to sign up to the club for one season, effective until June 2024 or longer if the team enters summer tournaments. Attendance is expected at mid-week training, league and cup matches and weekend tournaments.
Proof of identification is required for FA-sanctioned football league registration.
FA Accreditation:
AFC Oakley is an FA Accredited football club, ensuring strict adherence to FA guidelines on safeguarding children and codes of conduct. The club provides a structure supporting a high standard of football related activities.
Club Membership:
The football club is based at Oakley Sports and Social Club (OSSC) but do have age groups playing home matches at other venues based on pitch availability. Each player’s parent or guardian (one per player) will automatically become an associate member of OSSC through the subscription fee, granting access to club facilities and discounts (upon proof of membership).

Documentation:
All players must submit a headshot photo (jpeg) each season and new players must upload a scan or image of their birth certificate or passport.
By Submitting this form, you/your child:
Consent to participate in games and training sessions organised by AFC Oakley Football Club.
Agree to have details registered on the FA Whole Game System.
Agree for your details to be provided to the Oakley Sports and Social Club to become an associate member of the OSSC.
Accept the decisions of the appointed coach or acting coach on all team matters.
Consent for your child to receive medical attention if injured during football-related activities.
Agree to be bound by the club Codes of Conduct and the Rules and Regulations of the FA, applicable for all training, matches, and competitions. Non-compliance may result in your registration and membership being terminated.
Commit to ensuring an enjoyable football experience for every child at the club.
Payment, Fees and Refund Policy:
Completion of the registration form and payment of the registration fee do not guarantee a place. If oversubscribed, admission decisions are made by the committee.
A non-refundable admin fee of £10.00 to cover Stripe charges is applicable. No refunds will be given after 7 days of registration.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to process.
Kit must be returned before any refunds are issued. Refunds, processed by Stripe, may take up to 15 working days and will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds are subject to the conditions specified in the Refund Policy.
Data Policy:
Data sharing with OSSC for membership purposes is included in these terms and conditions.
